This project consisted of a fairly extensive demolition. The existing pool and some of the existing patio and perimeter shrubs were saved but everything else in the backyard was rebuilt. The remodel included the pergola structure, columns, outdoor kitchen structure, raised garden bed, firepit, and spa with enclosure. Additionally plantings and a landscape lighting system were installed as well to finish off the transformed space. Granite counter top details for the kitchen structure and spa enclosure help tie things together while bringing a really nice finish surface. The space before was under used and unorganized but we were able to rework the yard in a way to make it feel bigger and provide lots of space for living and entertaining.
